A proud son of Italian immigrants, Frank’s love for Italian culture and cuisine started early as he grew up surrounded by tradition, family recipes, and a deep appreciation for sharing good food. With a passion for bringing people together, he founded Papa Cannoli to create a strolling dessert experience that blends tradition with a modern twist.
Arica
Arica is the heart behind the scenes at Papa Cannoli - making sure every event is seamless, every detail is thoughtful, and every cannoli is served with love. From coordinating bookings to perfecting the filling, she ensures each experience feels as special as the treat itself.
